What is BMXercise?

Designed specifically for women, BMXercise is a variable cycling fitness program based around BMX track training.

Who is it for?

BMXercise is for any women who want to get more active, it doesn’t require any previous BMX experience or specific fitness levels. It’s great for women getting back into sport or looking to try something new.

How does it work?

Delivered outdoors to music, using BMX training equipment at the track, BMXercise is a naturally immersive fitness experience that focuses on increasing fitness, especially; aerobic, core strength + stability, balance + co-ordination and as you develop, anaerobic power.

BMXercise caters for all abilities and doesn’t require any previous BMX experience. It’s a great chance for women looking to keep fit, get back in to sport or for keen bikers to try a new variation of cycling! Whatever the reason BMXercise is a great way to maintain an active lifestyle, so head down to your local track!

How to get involved?

Sessions run most Wednesdays at Braintree BMX Track so get in touch to find out availability.
